- Identifying, assessing, engaging and continually reviewing external providers ensuring compliance with management system requirements;
- Establishing measureable objectives and targets and linking them to company performance;
- Provide necessary training and instruction related to business activities;
- Actively investigate workplace incidents and ensure all necessary corrective actions are identified and implemented;
- Establishing necessary consultative arrangements for relevant work groups;
- Periodically reviewing WHS management system performance to ensure continual improvement and ongoing suitability to business requirements.
